Progressive Product Selection Assistant - Office Depot® OfficeMax®
As a result of our customer journey mapping, we identified two major pain points in our customer's shopping experience. Too many products, and very little information. Supporting the search result and product sku teams, I ideated a shopping assistant widget, which like a great sales person, will ask the customer a series of questions that in turn would constantly refine search results, as opposed to typical time consuming wizards that kill engagement and differ immediate results. This is being actively developed.
